The double-sided grill plate gives you two cooking surfaces in one — switch between flat and ridged depending on what you’re cooking — while the 12,000 BTU U-shape burner delivers strong, even heat across the 46.5cm x 28.5cm cooking area. A piezo electric twist-start ignition gets the flame going without matches, and the integrated thermometer lets you monitor temperature without lifting the lid constantly. A stainless steel grease collection tray makes clean-up straightforward at the end of the session.
