This Samdely clear fluorocarbon leader in #16 (0.70mm diameter, 50lb / 23.9kg breaking strain) on a 30 metre spool gives you a near-invisible, seriously tough connection that handles rough structure without giving out.
Made from premium Japanese copolymers, the fluorocarbon material has a refractive index close to that of water — making it significantly harder for fish to detect than standard monofilament. The dense construction sinks faster and delivers up to ten times the abrasion resistance of comparable mono, so it can handle oyster racks, reef edges, rocky headlands and the punishment of a big fish making a run for structure.
